Breast Enlargement (Breast Augmentation)
The most popular of all breast surgeries, breast enlargement/augmentation is generally performed to restore lost volume and/or to balance uneven breast size.

Breast Reduction

(Reduction Mammoplasty)
Patients who seek breast reduction surgery often suffer from physical symptoms caused by the excess weight of large breasts - chronic neck, back and shoulder pain, poor posture, skin rashes under the breasts, grooves in the shoulders from bra straps, and the inability to participate in physical activity. There are different techniques for breast reduction. We will decide what technique is best for your individual needs during your intitial consultation.

Gynecomastia

A condition in which a man's breast tissue is enlarged, resulting from changes in hormone levels during infancy, adolescence and old age. This can be corrected with liposuction, excision of glandular tissue, excision of skin, or a combination of techniques. The patient's own tissue can be used or implant reconstruction is another option. The best method depends on each patient's situation. Patients will have to take into consideration: recovery time, time off work, history of radiation, and donor site complications, if patient's own tissue is used.

Breast Reconstruction
Breast Reconstruction surgery is most often performed on women who have lost one or both breasts to cancer.

Breast Lift (Mastopexy)
Over time all breasts can lose their volume and shape, whether from age, pregnancy and breast feeding, or significant weight loss or gain. During breast lift surgery, excess skin is removed, the nipple is repositioned and the and the remaining skin and tissue is lifted and tightened to help restore breasts to a youthful, more flattering position. In cases where a patient wishes to add fullness and size, breast lift surgery is combined with breast augmentation.
